We try our best to ensure you receive the best service possible. In case something is not to your satisfaction, please see the outline of our policies below. We cannot accept opened or damaged products for credit or exchange of product. There are no returns on special orders. If you receive the wrong product, please email or call us immediately to notify us of the mistake and to receive a return authorization number. We work very hard to prevent this from happening. If we made a mistake, we will send you a call tag by UPS to pick up the merchandise and will ship you what you ordered. Please repack the merchandise carefully in its original carton. If you want to return or exchange an unopened unmarked product for any other reason, please call or email us at cserve@health-n-sport.com to receive a return authorization number. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please repack the item(s) well in its original carton and ship it back insured for the full value by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Refund/credit to your credit card for the item(s) will be made after we receive it in its original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you want to exchange an item, please call or email us for a return authorization number. Include a note in the box explaining what you want in exchange, pack it securely and return to us by insured Priority Mail or UPS. Prior approval must be obtained before returning any item(s).

Lost or Damaged Merchandise

If by chance your order arrives damaged, you must notify the delivery service (UPS or your local post office) within 24 hours of receipt. Keep the goods in the original packaging. Please notify us at customer service by email at cserve@health-n-sport.com or telephone within 24 hours. We will contact the shipper to initiate a claim. The shipper will inspect the damaged goods to verify the damage.

If you think your order is lost, please contact us so that we can track it. For international orders, you should check with your customs office to see if it has been held for inspection and your local post office.

Special Orders

We can special order products at the request of the customer. If there is something you want but cannot find it on our website, just email the request to us at cserve@health-n-sport.com or telephone us. We will provide the best price possible. All special orders must be prepaid along with any shipping charges. There are no returns or cancellations on special orders.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order (except special orders) any time up until it is shipped. To do do so, email us as soon as possible at cserve@health-n-sport.com or call us at 1-800-305-0951. Because orders are processed and shipped the same day, we would need to receive your cancellation request soon after you place an order. You will receive an email message confirming your cancelled/amended order. To request a cancellation once an order has shipped, you must receive the package and send it back in accordance with our Return Policy above. When we receive the items along with your packing slip we will issue a credit to your account for the items only. Credit will not be given for shipping charges.

Sales Tax

Our facility is located in Connecticut. Nutritional supplements are not subject to sales and use tax in the state of Connecticut. However, some products such as face cream, soap and weight training accessories are subject to taxation. Tax will be charged on these items when sold to Connecticut residents as well as the shipping and handling associated with the sale. Since we do not have nexus in any other state we are not responsible for charging and remitting sales tax to any other state.
