Pro Fem - 2.5% USP natural progesterone from soy, 2 oz. jar

Dosage and use (Women)

Premenstrual and perimenopausal women: 1/4 tsp. twice daily starting on day 12 of the menstrual cycle continuing up to day 28.
Menopausal women: 1/4 tsp. twice daily for 21 days followed by 7 days off.
Apply to a different area every day.
Discussion with your healthcare practitioner and blood testing for progesterone, estrogen, and testosterone is suggested.
