Domestic orders will be shipped the same business day if received by 2:00 pm EST. If it is received after 2:00 pm, it will be shipped the next business day. International orders will receive a return email stating the shipping charges. Please respond to this email, selecting shipping method and charges. You will receive an email from us
shortly after you place your order. This email confirmation will list
all the products on your order. If you don't receive an email confirmation

We process orders Monday through Friday. You will receive another email listing all your shipped
items, UPS Tracking Number, a link to the UPS Tracking Page and any backordered
items along with the expected shipping date of the backorder items. Answer: It normally takes 1 to 6 business days for domestic orders, depending on your location. International orders may take longer depending on the method of shipping chosen. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details. Question: When will my order be shipped? Answer: All domestic orders received before 2 pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Question: Do you ship to APO/Military addresses? Answer: Yes. All APO/Military orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be emailed to you within 24 hours. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Western Union and US Postal Money Orders (but not from all countries- we will let you know). We take check/debit cards as long as they have a MasterCard or Visa Emblem on it. We also accept personal checks drawn on a US bank, however, orders paid by personal check will not be shipped until the check has cleared. We reserve the right to limit ordering quantities and shipments to some countries outside of the US. Please see our Shipping Policy for International orders. Note: To protect the credit card holders and ourselves, we use AVS (Address Verification Service): A service that verifies the credit card holder's "bill to address" in order to combat credit card fraud. If we cannot verify your credit card "bill to address" we will not ship your order. We also use CVV2 (card verification value 2) and CID (customer identification code) verifications. Question: How does the the charge appear on my credit card statement? Answer. When you receive your credit card statement in the mail, you will see a charge from Health and Sport, LLC. Question: What happens if the item that I ordered is backordered? Answer. In the unlikely case that an item is out of stock, we will inform you by email when you place your order. If we expect to have the item available within one or 2 days, we will wait and ship your complete order. For orders shipped within the continental US: if the backordered item is not expected within 2 business days, we will ship the in stock items right away and will ship the out of stock item when it arrives at no additional cost to you. You will only be charged for the portion of your order that is shipped. For international orders, Alaska, Hawaii and Military addresses- we will ask if you would prefer to wait and have your order shipped complete or if you would like it to be shipped without the out of stock item. It is important for you to check your email in case an item is backordered and we have to contact you. Please respond to that email within one business day. Question: What happens if I would like to return an item that I ordered? Answer. If you want to return or exchange an unopened unmarked product please call or email us at cserve@health-n-sport.com to receive a return authorization number. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please repack the item(s) well in its original carton and ship it back insured for the full value by UPS or Priority Mail. If you are exchanging an item please include a note in the box explaining what you want in exchange, pack it securely and return to us by insured Priority Mail or UPS. Refund/credit to your credit card will be made after we receive it in its original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot accept opened or damaged products for credit or exchange of product. There are no returns on special orders. If you receive the wrong product, please email or call us immediately to notify us of the mistake and to receive a return authorization number. We work very hard to prevent this from happening. If we made a mistake, we will send you a call tag by UPS to pick up the merchandise and will ship you what you ordered. Please repack the merchandise carefully in its original carton. Question: What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged? Answer. If by chance your order arrives damaged, you must notify the delivery service (UPS or your local post office) within 24 hours of receipt. Keep the goods in the original packaging. Please notify us at customer service by email at cserve@health-n-sport.com or telephone within 24 hours. We will contact the shipper to initiate a claim. The shipper will inspect the damaged goods to verify the damage. If you think your order is lost, please contact us so that we can track it. For international orders, you should check with your customs office to see if it has been held for inspection. We are not responsible for items that have been confiscated by Customs. Question: Do you charge sales tax? Answer. Our facility is located in Connecticut. Nutritional supplements are not subject to sales and use tax in the state of Connecticut. However, some products such as face cream, soap and weight training accessories are subject to taxation. Tax will be charged on these items when sold to Connecticut residents as well as the shipping and handling associated with the sale. Since we do not have nexus in any other state we are not responsible for charging and remitting sales tax to any other state.
