As an essential cofactor of glutathione peroxidase, selenium is an important antioxidant. It is also involved with iodine metabolism, pancreatic function, DNA repair, immunity and the detoxification of heavy metals. Studies have shown that selenium can help prevent some cancers and cataracts.

Super Selenium Complex contains the most advanced forms of selenium on the market. Vitamin E has been added because it works synergistically with selenium.

Selenium (from Se-Methylselenocysteine) 75 mcg

Selenium (from sodium selenate) 50 mcg

Selenium (from selenomethionine–Nutrition 21) 50 mcg

Selenium (from selenodiglutathione) 25 mcg

Vitamin E (from D-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 30 IU

Other ingredients: rice flour, magnesium stearate, gelatin and water.

Dosage and use

1 capsule daily is suggested.

1 capsule every second or third day is suggested if taken in addition to Life Extension Mix and/or Booster.
