Shipping Policy

We ship by UPS ground for all domestic orders, unless you request a faster shipping method. Shipping charges are based on weight. The base charge of shipping is $9.00 for total weight of approximately 9 pounds. Above 5 lbs. the freight charge increases by approximately $1.00 per pound. You can get a shipping charge when placing an order after all of your items have been entered into your shopping cart and before you enter your payment method. Also, you may call us to request a shipping quote.

We do our best to keep our prices low. We apologize for having to increase the shipping charges, but due to the increase in fuel charges we can no longer charge a flat shipping fee.

All in stock orders are shipped within one business day and you should receive your order within 6 business days. Please see the map below to estimate the shipping time for your order.

If you would like a shipping rate quote for Next Day, Second Day or 3 Day shipping, please call our customer service at 1-800-305-0951 or email us at customerservice@health-n-sport.com . We would need to know what you are ordering in order to determine package weight and cost of shipping by one of these quicker methods.

Domestic Shipping Policy (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands)

We ship by USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day Air for orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii. Because shipping charges are dependent upon weight, we will contact you by email within 24 hours with the shipping options and charges. Please respond to that email within 1 day to tell us which shipping method and charges you accept. Your order will not be processed until we hear back from you with this confirmation.

APO/Military Orders

All APO and Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail The shipping charges will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please respond to this email within 1 day to accept these charges. Your order will not be processed without your approval of the shipping charges. Although delivery time may vary, it usually takes 1 to 3 weeks to reach military personnel.

International Orders

We ship international orders by USPS. The options are:

Express Mail -2 to 4 business days

Air Parcel Post, insured* - 7 to 10 business days

Economy Post, insured* - 4 to 8 weeks

The cost for international shipping charges in your shopping cart will not be correct. After submission of your order we will contact you within 24 hours by email with shipping options and charges. Please reply to that email within 1 day. Your order will not be processed without your selection and approval of shipping charges. Please note that shipping charges are based on weight, destination and length of travel time.

*Insurance is not available on orders shipped to all countries. We will inform you of such when you place your order.

We are not responsible for lost orders that are not insured or for orders that are seized by Customs.
