Domestic Shipping Policy (within the continental 48 states)
We can ship your order by UPS or US Postal Service. You may select the shipping option from the drop-down menu in the shopping area in our online store. If you have any difficulty selecting the option you desire, please give us a call. In most cases the cost to ship one bottle of MCT Gold (5 lbs.) to anywhere in the continental US is between $8.00 and $12.00 by UPS Ground. For each additional bottle, the cost increases by approximately $2. You can get a shipping charge when placing an order after all of your items have been entered into your shopping cart and before you enter your payment method. Also, you may call or e-mail us to request a shipping quote. All in stock orders are shipped within one business day and you should receive your order within 6 business days. Please see the map below to estimate the shipping time for your order. If you would like a shipping rate quote for Next Day, Second Day or 3 Day shipping, please call our customer service at 1-800-305-0951 or email us at cserve@health-n-sport.com . We would need to know what you are ordering in order to determine package weight and cost of shipping by one of these quicker methods.
All APO and Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail The shipping charges will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please respond to this email within 1 day to accept these charges. Your order will not be processed without your approval of the shipping charges. Although delivery time may vary, it usually takes 1 to 3 weeks to reach military personnel. We ship international orders by United State Postal Service (USPS). The options are: Express Mail -2 to 4 business days Priority Mail, insured* - 7 to 10 business days Economy Post, insured* - 4 to 8 weeks We are working with the shopping cart program to get an accurate cost for international shipping charges. International customers- PLEASE send us an email message at sales@healthandsport.com when you place an order so that we can calculate the exact shipping cost options for your order. We will then email these options to you and request that you please respond to that email message within one day. Your order will not be processed without your selection and approval of shipping charges. Please note that shipping charges are based on weight, destination and length of travel time. *Insurance is not available on orders shipped to some countries. We will inform you of such when you place your order. We are not responsible for lost orders that are not insured or for orders that are seized by Customs. |
