Every athlete knows it is important to protect your body before, during and
after a workout. Stacking ArgiNOne and F-16 can offer benefits for each of these
stages. High carnosine levels are associated with an increase in physical
performance, especially anaerobic performance. If your muscles become too acidic
due to lactic acid build-up, creatine will not show its full potential. By
effectively buffering lactic acid, the carnosine in F-16 supports
optimal creatine effectiveness. The creatine in F-16 helps make more "fuel"
available to the muscle in the form of ATP. This extra fuel ensures that the
muscle works faster and longer and recovers faster after intense exercise or
sustained physical activity.
The Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP6) in F-16 appears to improve tissue
oxygenation by changing the dynamics of hemoglobin, which delivers oxygen to
the working muscles. IP6 is the only antioxidant that both chelates iron and
other heavy metals and incorporates itself into red blood cells thus reducing
the affinity of hemoglobin for oxygen. IP6 enhances the oxygen binding and
releasing ability of hemoglobin.
L-Arginine is a wide-known amino acid due to its potential to increase
growth hormone(GH) levels. Arginine in the form found in ArgiNOne (Arginine
alpha ketoglutarate) also plays a number of other roles in your body, one of
them being the production of nitric oxide (NO). Research supports
arginine's ability to drive NO synthesis. Nitric Oxide (NO) creates an anabolic
environment in your body by increasing blood flow to working muscles to
promote muscle growth and increased strength. Dilation of the blood vessels
helps to increase blood flow to your muscles, bringing with it much-needed
nutrients, oxygen and hormones.
The L-Citrulline and L-Malic Acid in ArgiNOne work by powering
ATP production and by eliminating metabolic pollutants such as Lactic
Acid and Ammonia from the blood. Citrulline stimulates energy, boosts the immune
system, is metabolized to form Larginine and as a result regulates Nitric Oxide
production, and detoxifies ammonia.
Taurine, found in F-16, is vital for the proper utilization of sodium,
potassium, calcium, and magnesium, Taurine can also act similar to creatine
in your cells by helping the muscle cell itself hold more water, increasing cell
volume. For a lifter or bodybuilder, this is significant because expanded muscle
cells can boost hydration resulting in a higher rate of protein synthesis. The
carnosine in F-16 can act as a powerful buffer for muscle. It has
the ability to neutralize lactic acid build-up in your muscles, and it
accounts for the majority of your body’s natural lactic acid buffering action.
ArgiNOne also aids in recovery in that Citrulline and Malic Acid aid in
the elimination of amino acid byproducts of protein metabolism. They may even
help to eliminate the burn associated with lactic acid build-up as well as
reduce the negative effects of ammonia and bacterial endotoxins on performance.
Subsequent to exercise, muscle levels of creatine phosphate are reduced and it
takes some time for levels to be re-elevated. The more Creatine Phosphate your
muscles have the stronger and better able to perform they will be. Citrulline
and Malic Acid stimulate phosphocreatine recovery after exercise, meaning faster
recuperation between workouts, and muscles that are primed for growth and your
next training session.

Suggested Use:
1. One serving = two scoops.
2. For the first five days (loading stage); take two servings daily, one serving in the
morning and another serving 12 hours later, or right after you work out.
3. For the next ten days (maintenance stage); take one serving immediately after
you
work out. On non-workout days, take one serving in the late afternoon.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. Why dilate the blood vessels?
Dilation is a widening of the blood channels leading to skeletal muscles through
the mechanism of amplified blood flow. Dilation is initiated by nitric oxide
synthesis. Nitric oxide is the cell-signaling molecule responsible for blood
flow, oxygen delivery, glucose uptake, muscle velocity, power output, and
gene-expression, or muscle growth. The channels that deliver muscle-building
agents to the muscle cells become forced open and remain that way throughout the
day. The results are faster gains in lean mass, greater strength, increased
endurance, and complete full-body muscle recovery.
2. What benefits does IP 6 provide?
IP6 maximizes creatine usage by providing vital phosphate molecules. It is
the storage of phosphate bound to creatine that allows for the immediate
replenishment of Adenosine TriPhosphate (ATP). IP6 enhances the oxygen binding
and releasing ability of hemoglobin. The enhanced ease of which oxygen can be
released from the hemoglobin gives increased availability of oxygen to the
tissues. When the blood is rich in oxygen that can be readily released to the
tissues, the heart doesn't have to work as hard.
3. What exactly is Carnosine?
Carnosine is the dipeptide of histidine and alanine, and functions primarily
as a buffer in muscle tissue. High carnosine levels are associated with an
increase in physical performance especially anaerobic performance. Carnosine has
been reported through studies, revealed that carnosine administration can,
indeed, benefit the immune responsiveness. Carnosine is best known for its
ability to buffer lactic acid in muscle tissue and for its multiple antioxidant
capabilities.
